Vantz Stockwell ea53ca42f0 fix: wire Settings update button — was a console.log stub ... The "click to download" button in Settings > About only logged to console. Now calls DownloadUpdate + ApplyUpdate via Wails bindings, matching the working flow in StatusBar.vue. Added "downloading" state with spinner.
