Vantz Stockwell 639ac329a8 fix: TDZ crash on SSH connect failure — sessionId referenced before assignment When SSH timed out, the onClose callback referenced `const sessionId` before connect() resolved, causing a Temporal Dead Zone ReferenceError that killed the process.
