Build & Sign Wraith / Build Windows + Sign (push) Has been cancelled
Tauri v2 ACL requires explicit permissions to create windows from the
frontend. Added core🪟allow-create and
core:webview:allow-create-webview-window so the Tools menu can open
popup windows.
